Description of item for sale. Special note : 4/12/2020: we just posted an updated copy of this listing with additional photos, dimensions and other specifics. We will leave this listing posted for a month so that watchers can locate the item. This complete interior from a pharmacy is from Ghent, Belgium and it dates to 1896. Note the provenance that was documented in a book published in 1994.

The original shop was VanderLinden. VanderLinden went out of business in 1948 when another pharmacist bought the interior cabinets and moved them to his shop at Annonciadenstraat 21 in Ghent.

They remained at that address until the business closed last year. The photos in this listing do not show all of the cabinets. Most of the cabinets are mahogany with some of the secondary ones old growth pine. The entire collection is in very good antique condition with minor wear, nicks and scratches as would be expected from over 120 years of commercial use. Dimensions : we will have dimensions soon.
