WORKS SEE VIDEO (Video can be seen on desktop and safari for sure being told it isn't showing on app for some reason) It spins as it's suppose to from what I understand it spins stays on that section for 30 seconds or so than spins to next section. Has a few small cracks or scratches not sure. Think it needs light bulbs replaced. Can be heard so not silent. May just need some adjustment or oiled. It is not pristine does have signs of wear.
